What inspired this project?
Many of us have grown up watching Batman roam the streets of Gotham in his iconic car. This childhood fascination inspired the creation of a realistic Batmobile toy that can be modified to incorporate electronics and motor control capabilities. Thus, this project aims to provide the exterior shell of the Batmobile, with initial designs incorporating various features inspired by the iconic vehicle, as depicted in the hand sketches below.

The design process involved overcoming various challenges, particularly in smoothing out the curves within the car design. To achieve this, I utilized generative sketch design tools such as Surface Simplification, Extrapolation Fill, Sweep Projection, and Surface Simplification. These tools seamlessly united different surfaces, preventing any gaps between components, as illustrated in Figure 1. Additionally, different parts were created using various methods, such as employing circular patterns for the jet fan blade, as depicted in Figure 6. Each component was meticulously designed to ensure a precise fit within the final assembly, as shown in Figure 7.
